EULA - End User License Agreement

1.To use this software past the 30 day trial period, a Database Bridge license is required.
2. You may use the program on one single computer at one time.
3. DatabaseBridge is copyrighted, and all rights therein are reserved for Skyway Technology.
4 .In no event will Skyway Technology assume any liability whatsoever, including incidental damages, consequential damages and any lost profits or lost data even if Skyway Technology has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Skyway Technology hereby disclaims all representations, conditions or warranties, implicit or explicit as to the quality of the software, its usability, performance, serviceability or fitness to any particular task.
5. Third Party: Skyway Technology is not responsible for, nor offers any warranty or representation concerning products created using Database Bridge.
